Yesterday my wife and I picked up our new Honda Odyssey from our local AAA Office. I want to convey to you how happy we were with the way Louis Braido treated us. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He made the whole transaction painless. He is to be commended not only by us but by AAA.

Over the years I have bought a number of cars. We have lived in New Jersey most of our lives and are recent immigrants to Oregon. I have often said that I would rather go to the Dentist than have to deal with a car salesman. Well, thanks to Louis, things have changed in this regard.

When my wife and I decided to purchase a new car, we were in somewhat of a quandary as to which dealership to contact regarding the specific make, model and color we wanted. From past experiences with the local dealership of the make we wanted, he was immediately ruled out.

In contacting many other dealerships throughout Oregon, none could come up with the particular vehicle we wanted. This was over a period of two weeks.
